Welcome to the 12th Green, across the street from Oak Meadow Country Club and just 5 minutes to I-44! Our newly renovated home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and a well-equipped kitchen. Enjoy entertainment with smart TVs and complimentary WiFi. You can relax on the front porch watching golfers on the 12th green,play corn hole or relax around the fire pit in the back yard. As you enter, you will notice the openness of the living room and kitchen area. Friends and family can gather in both areas and visit with everyone. Plenty of seating with a high top table, bar stools and a dining table that seats 6 very comfortably. The spacious kitchen allows for many to help with the cooking and clean up! There's a game room in the back that also has a hide a bed. You can step into the backyard from the living room or game room, to grill, play bocce ball, corn hole or just relax and watch!
There are amazing restaurants to enjoy as well! Sybill's, Spencer Manor Winery and Public House are located in St. James. NaCl+H2O, Public House Rolla and many others located in the heart of Rolla. Whatever your liking is, I'm sure you will find something that will satisfy your craving!
Our home is ideal for golf tournaments, Fugitive Beach, visiting your student at MS&T, or military graduations at Ft. Leonard Wood. You can also head to St. James and jump on the Getaway Trolley and take a tour of the local wineries. If you prefer exploring the outdoors, there is fishing at Maramec Springs State Park along with rivers and streams nearby. There are also several hiking trails nearby if that's up your alley! There are so many different things to see and do in Rolla, we are sure you will be ready to book your next visit as soon as you leave!
There is enough parking space for 6 cars. No parking on the grass.
