14933 Bonaire Circle “Sunset Special”, can be your private vacation paradise situated off-island in an extremely convenient location in the popular Southwest Florida area.
This vacation destination is a three-bedroom, two-bath lake-front private home with heated pool nestled in a quiet neighborhood near the Caloosahatchee River. Take in the serenity of the wildlife that frequents the lake. From here it's a 15 minute drive to Times Square at Fort Myers Beach, 25 minutes to the Downtown Fort Myers River District, and then just 15 minutes to Sanibel Island. There are also numerous closeby shops and services. Sanibel Island is world-famous for its sea shells. Downtown Fort Myers has the River District, many diverse restaurants, and the winter homes of Thomas Edison, Henry Ford and Harvey Firestone are available for tours. Amenities include a two-car enclosed garage, central air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, complimentary WiFi, laundry room and all towels and linens are provided.
Entry is through the front door into a tiled entry foyer which flows into the open-plan living area and eat-in kitchen. The master bedroom is on one side of the home and the two guest bedrooms and guest bathroom are on the other side. There is tile flooring in all the main living areas and carpeting in the bedrooms. The eat-in kitchen is a chef's delight with plenty of hard surface counterspace and cabinets with all the necessary items to prepare full course meals if so desired. There is a table seating six with bay windows overlooking the back yard, pool and lake. The living area has vaulted ceilings and is nicely furnished with two matching sofas with coffee table in between, a matching over-stuffed chair with ottoman and a loveseat with end table with lamp. Opposite the seating area is a large entertainment cabinet with large flat screen TV. Two sets of French doors from the living area provide access out to the covered furnished lanai and screened-in heated pool and an outdoor shower.
The master bedroom with en suite bathroom has a king-size bed, night stands and lamps, a double dresser, chest of drawers with flat screen TV and a large walk-in closet. French doors provide access out to the pool and lanai. The bathroom has a vanity with dual lavatories and storage space beneath and a separate room with commode and combination tub/shower. The first guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, night stand and lamp, a dresser, chest of drawers and ample closet space. The second guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, night stand and lamp, a triple dresser, chest of drawers and ample closet space. The adjacent guest bathroom off the kitchen has a single-piece vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, with a commode and combination tub/shower. This bathroom is also accessible from the pool area. The laundry room with full size washer and dryer is just off the garage.
