The space
The entire walk out basement is for guests, with a private keypad entry. There is a locked door separating the upstairs level from the basement. The space consists of 1 bedroom with an adjustable Serta mattress, a pull out couch, closet, etc. 1 full bath includes walk-in shower with plenty of towels, washcloths, as well as shower essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and make-up wipes). This space has a full size kitchen including a microwave, dishwasher, stove, Keurig coffee maker, along with all necessary utensils to cook and clean up. We have wifi, along with desk area for all your work needs. We welcome families with kids and pets (Pet limit is 5 per Airbnb, we welcome all types of pets). There is a separated fenced yard for your convenience and pets comfort.
Other Things to Note
You are welcome to use the sunroom with a hot tub. This area will be accessed by host on occasion for maintenance.
The upper floor houses the hosts which consist of a 2 adults and 3 kids, with a dog and a cat.
Guest access
Guest will park in side yard, walk along the side of the house, and through the gate. A lighted path will guide you to the door.
Other things to note
We have 3 kids, sometimes they can be noisy during the day. If you are needing to rest during daytime hours, earplugs will be provided.
