This apartment is part of a 3-unit building on a rarely-traveled mixed-use street in the popular Germantown neighborhood. Just blocks away from Logan Street Market, Old Forrester Paristown Hall, and a short drive to Nulu or the Highlands. This unit is a one bedroom/one bathroom apartment located on the first floor of the building. A full kitchen with new countertops, a sleek living room with LED TV, and a king-sized bed. Tall ceilings, fresh paint, and an unbeatable location are the main reasons to pick this apartment for your stay!

If any of these are out, please do not hesitate to ask as we keep stock of these items and someone can drop them off. Coffee essentials such as K-Cups, a variety of sweeteners and creamers are provided.
The bathrooms are stocked with bath products, plush linens, make-up remover wipes with embroidered make up towels and toothbrush kits are available if needed.
