We provide a beach cart, boogie boards, and some sand toys. Back yard has 8ft privacy fence. Located in Lower Lagoon, close to many restaurants like Schooners, Captain Andersons, Dat Cajun Place to name a few. St. Andrews park is approx. 7 minutes East on Thomas Dr. Public boat ramp 2 blocks away.
