The house is located 3 streets up from the beach and only 2 streets up from the main street. It is a perfect home for people wanting a quiet neighborhood that is off the beaten path. The home has been completely updated with new paint, polished hardwood floors ,carpet, new beds/linens etc. A brand newly installed gas fireplace makes this a perfect Fall retreat! The large smart TV is brand new. All mattresses were especially crafted to be non toxic, hypo-allergenic, and odorless.The downstairs bedroom has extra long twins that can also be turned into a king-size bed. The downstairs bathroom has a tub/shower. The upstairs bedroom has a king- size bed. The upstairs bathroom has a walk-in shower. The home is furnished with family antiques and art for a warm homey feel. The kitchen is stocked with matching dishes/glassware so the chef will find the appropriate cookware to concoct his/her culinary creation. Set yourself a fine dining table with linens and cloth napkins Come relax on the porch (in summer) and watch the horse and ducks play, and listen to the soothing waterfall across the street.
