* New Golf cart (4-seater) will be included for summer and fall rentals 2026.

replaced and upgraded and has integrated ultraviolet (UV) lights and air-scrubbers to
remove pollen and dust, germs and bacteria, providing a super clean home.

cabinetry designed with oversized drawers, easy access pullout pantry, with upgraded

microwave, ice maker, toaster, coffee pot, Keurig, griddle, air fryer, crockpot and

winter and can be completely closed off for privacy if you choose to use as bedroom!
