A fully equipped gourmet kitchen stocked with everything from your morning coffee setup to dinner party essentials. Pots, pans, blender, toaster, baking dishes, Tupperware, wine glasses, salad bowls, dish towels, and utensils — all included. Just show up and cook (if you choose to).
Bedrooms:
Four spacious bedrooms with plush mattresses and hotel-quality bedding you'll want to take home. Three queens, one king master suite, plus a queen sleeper sofa. Sleeps up to 10.

🎉 NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
State law strictly prohibits parties or events at this property. This is a residential neighborhood, and we kindly ask all guests to be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
The home is equipped with Noise Aware, a noise monitoring device, which measures decibel levels only- it does not record audio or video. We will be notified if noise exceeds acceptable limits. Please be aware that violating local noise ordinances carries an initial fine of $2,000.
📷 SECURITY CAMERAS
For the safety of guests and the property, we have one security camera at the front door, one by the pool to monitor pool equipment, and one by garage. There are no cameras inside the home.
✅ RENTAL AGREEMENT and GOVERNMENT ID – REQUIRED
This property requires a rental agreement and a government-issued ID within 24 hours of booking. Your reservation is not confirmed until verification is completed. Access will not be provided without successful completion.
As part of verification, guests will be asked to:
• Submit a valid government-issued ID
• Sign a Rental Agreement and Pre-arrival Form

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations resulting from a refusal, delay, or failure to complete verification after that window. We are unable to cancel reservations on behalf of guests who do not complete this step.

NO SMOKING of any kind anywhere on property! No cigarettes, cannabis, vape, cigars.
No pets without prior approval, including service animals. We do allow one dog with a $200 non-refundable pet fee.
No cats allowed due to guest allergies.
No guests that are not on the reservation or otherwise approved.
Pool heating available for an additional $125/day heated up to 83F, 72-hour advance notice required. Spa heating is FREE
Service fees are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
