Summary: We arrive to check in around 11pm. I go inside, and ring and it takes forever for someone to finally come to check me in. I had to ring the bell several times. Next, we get to the room, which is supposed to be a mini suite, and we walk in and the “living room” area is completely missing any type of seating. All that’s there is a small table with a lamp on it where the couch would normally be and a tv on the wall across from it. We walk a little further in, and the lamp next to the bed is missing a bulb and the lamp shade is knocked down around the base. The next morning, we go to get breakfast. Prior to booking the room, I checked the site to be sure they at least had a waffle maker in their breakfast, which it stated it did. However, when we get to breakfast, all that’s there is a few stale bagels and stale cereal, and a sign that says to watch out for the waffle maker that doesn’t actually exist! Another lady walked in and asked the attendants (who were in the back just watching tv) about where the breakfast was and they told her that was the breakfast. The lady was pretty irate, and I felt the same way. While the bed itself was rather comfortable, nothing else about the hotel was worth anything! Definitely wouldn’t recommend!

Summary: The woman at the desk was super nice and friendly. The only problem we had was the floors were filthy. We have a one year old and after he walked a bit, his socks were terribly dirty

Summary: The room was decently clean, but the staff presence was nearly nonexistent. The breakfast was limited to only a hostess pastry and black coffee. The pool was not open for use and the staff claimed "new management" would make improvements soon.
