Our one-bedroom apartment is furnished with everything you & your guests need to enjoy your stay in Nashville! In the kitchen, you'll find beautiful appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and basic cookware to cook simple meals for a cozy night in! There's free WiFi!
Our studio and 1 bedroom stays come standard with 3 towels and washcloths and our 2 bedroom stays come with 4 each
There is no parking included with this stay. There is limited street parking in the area but we cannot guarantee proximity or availability.
Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. We do not provide any tv cable or streaming services. However, we do offer Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to log into the apps with your own login and enjoy!

Guest Access:
You can access the building anytime after 4pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby-proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.
Interaction with Guests:
Most of our guests prefer to let themselves in with our lockbox entry system; however, we can be available upon request and are always available via phone call or text message should any questions or issues arise.
The Neighborhood:
A premier location in a secluded area of Nashville. Conveniently located near 440 Parkway and State Route 70, you will have easy access to downtown Nashville entertainment. Just minutes from Broadway Street, The Gulch, The State Capitol, Country Music Hall of Fame, The Ryman Auditorium, Bridgestone Arena, Nissan Stadium, and the Johnny Cash Museum. Love Park is a short walk from the property and offers beautiful skyline views.
Getting Around:
Nashville has various methods of transportation that make getting around the city easy. The WeGo Public Transit provides hourly bus service between downtown and the airport seven days a week. WeGo Public Transit offers more than 46 bus routes that connect to all major businesses and attractions. Lyft and Uber are both active in Nashville. Nashville also has a commuter rail, Music City Star Commuter Rail, which has six stations along the route between Lebanon and Riverfront Park in downtown Nashville.The Riverfront transit station is located 1.3 miles from the property. Checkout is at 10 am. We offer a complimentary extension to 11 am as long as you request it 24 hours before your scheduled departure. Looking for more time? The latest we can accommodate is 1 pm at $25/per every hour needed.
Our stays have occupancy limitations created around local and state ordinances. It is our guest's responsibility to abide by these ordinances; failing to do so could result in legal consequences. Before booking your reservation, please note the occupancy limit listed sometimes does not align with the number of beds offered. Please review the bed counts to determine if this stay will be sufficient for your needs.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or large gatherings. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise sensor that simply measures the decibel level inside the stay; it does not record anything.
