The lower level also includes a full bathroom with a bathtub and shower and a fully stocked interior with open concept kitchen, dining area with seating for 6 and living space with ample seating and a large smart TV. 1- Must be courteous to our neighbors and avoid loud outside activities from 10:00 pm-8:00 am. (No parties/events)
2- Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited indoors. Any lingering odor of smoke or marijuana after checkout will result in a $250 cleaning and deodorization fee. If smoking outside, please pick up all cigarette butts.
3-No pets.
4- Interior wood burning stove not for guest use.
5- All docks in the neighborhood are PRIVATE.
6-Do not add charcoal to the pellet grill. The pellets for use are provided. Adding charcoal to the pellet grill will result in a $200 fee. If you need assistance to operate the grill, please contact the host.
