Located Next to EKU's Campus, and 1.5 Miles from the Interstate, and most of what Richmond Kentucky has to offer. This VRBO is the Basement level only. Convenient parking located behind the house takes you right to your entrance. All Basement level areas are kept separate from the main house upstairs, which is a separate listing. Access between levels is blocked off for privacy. Enjoy the lower-level Deck area, which includes a 6 person Jacuzzi (for an additional fee). The Main Living Room space has a cozy Gas Fireplace that activates with the flip of a switch. The Kitchen is very basic and includes only a Mini Fridge, Microwave, Keurig, & Crockpot for now. If the upstairs is occupied, you can expect a good amount of overhead noise. We ask all guests to do their best to respect quiet hours after 11pm. There is no thermostat downstairs, but controls are hard set to maintain a comfortable setting for most. The basement typically runs cooler, & the Fireplace control downstairs makes it easy to add heat. 60 inch smart TV's are available in the Living Room and Bedroom, and include a variety of choices. We have a growing collection of Movies to stream, 100+ titles. Up until recently this was the our main living space, and we were quite fond of it. We hope that you will enjoy your time here as much as we did.
