The home features 3 floors of living space. The flow of the rooms is as follows:
1ST FLOOR:
You enter the home from from our breezy, large front porch, complete with outdoor patio furniture into the spacious foyer and, looking to your right, you'll see our game room complete with pool table(also has ping pong table top that can be easily placed over it), and arcade game!
2ND FLOOR:
As you make your way up the flight of stairs you'll pass a little hole on the wall - what is that?? That's an old fashioned speaking tube from the 19th century! If you notice, there is a white porcelain mouthpiece on the outside of the front door. The speaking tube enables someone to communicate from outside the house to the folks inside or vice versa! An analog intercom if you will.
BEDROOMS:
At the top of the stairs you'll enter a short hall way, where each of our 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms are located!

We have a master bedroom with a king bed that also has an access door to one of the full bathrooms. That same full bathroom can also be accessed from the hallway. *The master king room and the room with queen and full bed are separated by a large sliding pocket door that can be latched together for privacy or opened for a more communal experience!
LIVING ROOM, KITCHEN, AND DINING:
Also on the second floor is our huge living room where you and your friends and family can relax and unwind after a day of eating, drinking, and shopping your way through East Nashville on foot! There is a big sectional sofa, lounge chair, TV, dining table with 4 chairs, and a bar at the kitchen with stools.
The kitchen, though cozy, has everything you need to make a full meal sans oven! We have stovetop, microwave, toaster, refrigerator/freezer, 12 cup drip coffee maker, ice maker, dishwasher, pots, pans, baking sheet, dishware, silverware, servingware, espresso kettle, ground coffee, etc. etc.!
LAUNDRY ROOM:
We have a fully equipped laundry room with washer and dryer. We provide detergent as well.
3RD FLOOR: Just off the living room is another stair case that goes up to our 3rd floor gym and office!
GYM: Never miss a workout during your stay! We have weight bench, free weights, yoga mats, medicine balls, boxes, pull up bars, Peloton bike, elastic bands, leg/back station, and a treadmill!
OFFICE: Right off the gym is an amazing, vibey little office nook with direct views of downtown Nashville and much of East Nashville's historic district! We have a dedicated monitor for you to hook up to. The home is equipped with laser fast wifi speeds for any video calls. We also have a printer/scanner for guest use.
