A quaint two story cottage located in a bay off of beautiful All Sports Lake Orion. Two decks provide an amazing view looking out at the Sandbar and the sunsets can’t be beat. 2 minutes from Downtown Lake Orion shops and restaurants. If interested, boat rentals available. Property has a dock if guests need to stop in while on the lake. Conveniently located within walking distance from Ricks on the Lake party store for supplies and an in house menu. Great place to relax and enjoy the lake.
Guests have the entire cottage to themselves! It is two stories and located on the lake with a dock. Yard and dock is a common area designated for guests and boat dockers. The amazing views come with a few stairs leading to the Lake as the house is located at the top of the hill. The house has one full bathroom and laundry located on the lower level. Master bedroom is upstairs (street level) and includes it’s own half bath, along with living room area, kitchen and dining. Not to mention a spacious deck perfect for relaxing and enjoying a view of the lake. Downstairs has another bedroom with two twin beds and a pull out sleeper couch in common area. Lower level also has another deck with lake view. All spaces are accessible to guests at including the yard and dock.
