Holiday Weekends and Lake Event Weekends ( New Years, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Aquapalooza, Redneck Raftout, Welcome Back Weekend) cancellations will be charged the 100% of your reservation plus tax. All other reservations may be cancelled up to 72 hours (3 days before your arrival) but will be charged 25% of your total reservation plus tax. Friday and Saturday reservations that are cancelled regardless of time frame will be charged $150 per night plus tax. No shows will be charged the full reservation amount plus tax.
