This 3 bedroom, 1600 sq ft corner penthouse is in the heart downtown core on the NE corner of Yonge and Wellesley next to the Wellesley subway station. It's a corner unit with high ceilings, plenty of natural light and a stunning view of Yonge and Bloor. This exclusive penthouse suite features wainscoting and chair rails, 8-seater sectional, leather accent chairs and 65" 4K Panasonic TV nestled above a comforting gas fireplace. The massive oak dining table imported from India is surrounded by 8 designer chairs. Put the stools or leather chairs from the living room on the ends and you can comfortably serve 10. The kitchen is a chef's dream with premium appliances-Kitchenaid french door SS fridge with built in ice maker and cold water, separate dual temp wine fridge to separate red and white wine, a Samsung dishwasher, Kitchenaid glass top stove with warming drawer, coffee maker and more. There's a top-of-the-line full-sized ensuite Electrolux stacking washer/dryer. Extras include extra towels and bedding, spare toothbrush, mouth wash, toothpaste and sanitary napkins. There is also an iron and ironing board as well as bottled water. The master sleeps 2 in the king bed and 1 more in the pullout couch. The second bedroom has an elegant wood framed bed and a second single bed appears underneath it to sleep 3 comfortably. The third bedroom has a double bed and this room can also be used as an office. The place is amazing but the pictures don't give you a sense for how a massive space feels or how small you feel when you first walk in. This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date. A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in.
