Summary: Hot tub issues with the room were not resolved and no refund given. Supervisor was condescending even though the general manager was nice he didn’t take control of the situation or responsibility. Changed our room but to one without a hot tub. The only reason for booking was the hot tub. So we checked out and left to book at a place that had one with a hot tub plus we checked out at check out time. A refund was a reasonable request for the day we didn’t stay.
