The complex offers an outdoor pool and hot tub that over look the beautiful Colorado river, park like grounds and a dock on the river. The grounds are green and well maintained & makes you feel like you are in a park. There is a wood burning fire pit, where you can relax on those cold winter evenings, and a bbq area. The clubhouse offers many amenities, including a full kitchen and a large TV, and access to the pool.
The unit is a 2bdr/2bth Unit. it can sleep 4, but it can easily accommodate another person, if they are willing to sleep on the couch. The living room has plenty of space, with a comfortable couch, 2 recliners, a TV, and offers a small view of the river. It also has a dining table and a breakfast bar. The Kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and a dishwasher. The unit also offers a washer and dryer.
The Master-bedroom includes a queen bed and a newly remodeled bathroom with a walk in shower. The Guest room also includes a queen bed and plenty of closet space.
