This perfect family, and/or wedding retreat sits on a private point (7-mile marker) overlooking the main channel and Gravois arm. The remodeled home is two stories, three bedrooms, and two baths.
The main living area contains a living room with a gas log fireplace and sofa sleeper (queen size), dining room, kitchen with breakfast bar, large family room with a sofa sleeper (queen), two bedrooms (each with queen beds), full size bath with large shower, and deck with iron railings and outdoor furniture. The master suite resides on the lower level with a king size bed, full size bath with shower tub, and outdoor rock patio. This private family home comfortably sleeps 6-10
Guests have access to a large outside deck that overlooks the lake. This deck includes a large patio set, gas grill, and is just off both the Living Room and Family Room. Guests also enjoy relaxing off the small rock patio that is directly off the Master Suite. Next to the water`s edge is a large rock/martini patio that is shared by the Crownview and Casablanca guests. This patio has a rock picnic table and patio furniture. This area is ideal for watching passing boats and relaxing under the afternoon shade trees. The Crownview has it own beautiful and spacious covered gazebo dock with swim ladder, sun area, and patio furniture. The water off the dock is very deep and fishing is ideal anywhere on this lake front property.
The 2,000 square foot vacation rental is available year around and features central heating/air, large dish network TV, and smaller Smart TV in each bedroom, ceiling fans, all bedding, dish towels and iron. The kitchen is fully furnished and includes a dishwasher, range, microwave, refrigerator, ice-maker. Other features include weekly trash pick-up, open parking, and laundry room facilities. This property property does not provide an open boat slip. Slips is available at nearby Mistic Marine and vary in price.

This "quiet side" retreat is 25-30 minutes away from all the action on the other side of the Lake - Bagnall Dam, Lake Ozarks, and Osage Beach - via the community bridge.
Properties are furnished for normal housekeeping with dishes, cookware, flatware, glasses, grills, and basic appliances. Sofa sleepers are recommended for children’s use only. We are also pleased to provide bed linens, bath towels, and a starter packet of detergents, bath soaps, trash bags and paper products (toilet paper and paper towels). Guests should bring replacements for these starter packet items, your own beach towels, soaps, personal toiletries, coolers, cleaning supplies, camera, life jackets, etc.
