Our home is a spacious newly renovated cottage style duplex built in the 1920s. You will be renting the entire unit for one side of the duplex. We're located 5 minutes from Drake University and just off of I-235 for quick access to downtown or other locations in the city! We're in a very beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Our home has some original features mixed with modern upgrades & design elements.
