This charming and spacious home in downtown Rochester is perfect for a short or extended stay. It has everything on the main floor for a couple, but lots of space to entertain the whole family! The house has new kitchen appliances, stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, one king and two queen beds with comfortable bedding, and a large smart tv with Roku. You're close to Mayo Clinic by either walking or a quick drive.

First floor has living room, dining room, newly renovated kitchen, main bedroom with a king bed, ceiling fan, and full bathroom.
Upstairs has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and bathroom (bathtub but no shower)
Downstairs has laundry room, fitness bike, and full bathroom.
Guest Access:
There is a detached garage that is available for guests, but mainly fits small SUVs (ie Honda CRV) or smaller.
For summertime there is a front porch and patio in the backyard
