Grand Bluff Retreat is a four-story, five-bedrooms, 4.5 bath home with phenomenal, unobstructed views of the lake from all four levels of the house. Situated in the small, gated community of South Shore, Grand Bluff Retreat has access to a community pool, pond, lighthouse! Four of the bedrooms have their own private balcony and bathroom.
*The main living area houses the full size kitchen with gas range, dining room, living room, and half bathroom. The grill is located on the main level balcony along with seating to enjoy the view.
*The bottom level includes the family room or game room which has a foosball table, an air hockey table, bean bag toss, and board games. There is a bathroom located downstairs that is accessible from the game room or the queen-sized bedroom. The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub. The bottom level balcony is the largest including ample seating and a fire pit. The balcony can be accessed through the game room or the bedroom.
*The third level (one level up from the main level) houses the washer and dryer and two queen-sized bedrooms. Both bathrooms have a private bathroom and balcony. One faces the front of the house towards the neighborhood pool and one bedroom has the phenomenal lake view. There is also a ladder on this floors that leads to the "kids bedroom" on the top floor.
*The top floor has a king-sized bedroom with bathroom and private, glass-enclosed balcony with separate air conditioning unit. Also on the top floor is the "kids bedroom" which has four twin-sized beds and two full-sized beds. This bedroom can be accessed by the ladder on the third level or through the bathroom on the top floor. Also we now have recommended in-rental home provisions, chef and massage therapy services available! Details available after booking!
