The Space:
Our one-bedroom apartment is furnished with everything you & your guests need to enjoy your stay in Cincinnati! In the kitchen, you'll find beautiful appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and basic cookware to cook simple meals for a cozy night in! There's free WiFi! A communal laundry room is located on-site for your convenience. Enjoy amazing views of downtown from throughout the suite.
Our studio and 1 bedroom stays come standard with 3 towels and washcloths and our 2 bedroom stays come with 4 each.
There is one space in the building’s parking garage included with your stay. The garage is about two blocks from the building entrance. We cannot provide parking for additional vehicles and are not responsible for any damages that may occur as a result of using this amenity. We also cannot provide alternative parking for oversized vehicles that will not fit in the garage.
The building has hard water and it can have a strong sulfuric smell when the water begins to run. Allowing the water to run for a bit will resolve the issue.
Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. We do not provide any tv cable or streaming services. However, we do offer Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to log into the apps with your own login and enjoy!
Guest Access:
You can access the building anytime after 4pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby-proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.
The Neighborhood:
Our suite is in the heart of the Central Business District where everything is conveniently located. Multiple dining options, retailers, and grocery are only blocks away. Smale Riverfront Park, Over-the-Rhine's Washington Park, and The Banks entertainment district are all within a 10-minute walk. Sports fans can enjoy a short venture to Paul Brown Stadium or the Great American Ball Park, both of which are less than a mile away.
Getting Around:
Getting around Cincinnati is a breeze with the many means of transportation. The Cincinnati Bell Connector is the modern streetcar system that connects The Banks to the neighboring Over-The-Rhine. The nearest station is only a one-minute walk away. The Metro bus system is Southwest Ohio’s fixed bus service providing rides throughout Cincinnati. Looking to explore the city on foot? Cincy Red Bike, the popular bike-share program, offers over 50 stations throughout the city. Due to the popularity of the area, Uber and Lyft are also easily accessible.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or large gatherings. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise sensor that simply measures the decibel level inside the stay; it does not record anything.
