This home sits on a 1/3 acre lot and is fairly private, set back from the road.
Venture through picturesque trails in nearby bird sanctuaries/gardens, take a ferry to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket. Spend the day in nearby historic Falmouth window shopping, enjoying concerts/farmers markets on the green or just grabbing a bite to eat amongst the wide variety of restaurants from oven baked pizza, to tea room sandwiches, fresh seafood and homemade ice cream.
This is our own family vacation home and we use it for half of the summer - we haven't spared any amenities.
