Downstairs has 1 bedroom with Queen bed and bathroom and living room has Queen sleeper sofa. Living room as well as each bedroom has a TV. Complete first-floor renovation with new tile floors, hardwood stairs, solar shades on patio doors & paint throughout the first floor. Brand new kitchen with custom cabinets, beautiful granite countertops and well-stocked with everything you'll need to entertain your large group.Wet bar with sink and ice maker as well as a beverage refrigerator to give extra space for drinks. Plenty of room to move around, nice large stainless steel refrigerator and a bar that seats 4. Outdoor grill & swing on lower level.
