Summary: Erta at the front desk was fabulous. Her assistance to make sure we had the best visit possible was above and beyond. We were able to kayak and see manatees. This was so exciting for the family. The facility was showing water damage, but they were in the process of remodeling. Shower tile was molding. If you have high allergies you may take warning. However, this is the Florida Keys. Hurricanes and humidity are hard on buildings.
