Built in the southern style, this creole-inspired cottage with a local stone foundation and original black walnut floors, stair case and wood work transports you to another time. The space
This 1843 historic home has two bedrooms on the lower level and two bedrooms upstairs. Upstairs master with queen sized bed and en-suite bathroom. Sitting room in the front of the house with electric fireplace. Family room with dining area and large Samsung smart TV. Bedrooms on main floor both have full sized beds with pocket doors separating them. Separate entrances as well to maintain privacy. Kitchenette (no stove) and newly renovated bathroom on main level of house. Sunny enclosed back porch with dedicated office area and high speed fiber internet. Large front porch perfect for relaxing and watching the world go by.
