Summary: Pics of the hotel and room don’t match the actual hotel. In the pics, it looks like a nice boutique type of hotel. When you get there, it’s a motel. The heater control buttons were broken, so I had to unplug it because the room was boiling hot when I got there. Had to open the window to let it cool down. Chair was broken, blanket had a large hole, maybe cigarette burn. There was no iron in the room. Tv remote was broken. There was hair on the bed. There was no phone in the room and no way to contact room service. Overall, I wouldn’t have booked it if it wasn’t for the photos of the hotel. Don’t photoshop them. Show the actual hotel pics
