Summary: Everything about our stay was exceptional. The property was spotless, and every staff member we encountered was incredibly attentive and welcoming. The food was wonderful, and the hot tubs were a perfect way to relax. We also really appreciated the convenience of having a water-filling station and ice machine right on the property. The location couldn’t be better—close to downtown and an easy trip to the mountain. There are only a few very small details that, if adjusted, would take an already outstanding experience to the next level—such as slightly thicker & bigger bath towels and thicker robes, tightening the shower handle for more precise temperature control, and securing the doors a bit more to prevent minor movement when nearby doors open or close. These are truly minor notes in an otherwise excellent stay. Everything else was outstanding, and we will absolutely be back again.
