We offer proximity: A few minutes away from the vibrant 39th street shopping district. 5-minute drives to Westport, Plaza area, and landmarks like the Nelson Atkins Museum, Kansas City Art Institute, UMKC, and Kemper Museum. 10-minute rides to downtown KC, Crown Center, Lego Land, Sea Life Aquarium, and Hy-Vee Arena. Approximately 25-30 minutes from Worlds of Fun, Arrowhead, and Royals stadiums.
Getting Around:
Uber/Lyft is very accessible. Easy to get to major roads and highways for day trips, etc. Our home is only minutes away from local attractions.

No Smoking Inside. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.
