Only one and a half miles from Holiday Island's full service marina where pontoon, fishing, and ski boats may be rented. For the guest with exercise in mind, Leatherwood Drive is a great country street for refreshing early morning or late evening walks.
We are located in Holiday Island in the heart of the Ozark Mountains on Table Rock Lake, which has 900 miles of shoreline. Branson Missouri and Silver Dollar City are within an easy hour's drive, and downtown Historic Eureka Springs and The Great Passion Play are less than a ten minute drive. Holiday Island is a great place for family reunions!
Holiday Island has two premier golf courses. A nine-hole course on the Island and an 18-hole course.

If you must cancel for any reason (including weather, family emergencies or for the health and safety of your family from COVID-19), your deposit will be refunded less a booking fee equal to the greater of $30 or 6% (plus tax) of the deposit if you cancel at least 30 days prior to your intended arrival date. If you cancel, reschedule or switch properties with less than the required notice, your deposit will be refunded (less the booking fee) or applied to a future date ONLY IF we are able to re-rent all of your reserved days. Otherwise, your deposit will be applied to any unrented days, with the remainder refunded to you. If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to arrival, you will be charged for the entire stay unless we are able to re-rent the property. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES. No shows will be CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT!

A 50% deposit is required and is refundable only in accordance with the cancelation policy. The maximum number of guests allowed at this property, including children, is six. There is also an additional charge of $10.00 per night over holiday periods and special events. A two night minimum stay is required on all rentals and a three night minimum on holidays and special events. The maximum number of pets allowed is 2. If you are bringing your pet(s), please let us know how many pets you will be bringing in the comment section of the reservation request.
