The house is an open floor plan to maximize space in the kitchen and living areas. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with attached bathroom and black out curtains on all windows. The downstairs bedroom has a full AND twin bed with closet space. The couch is large enough to sleep two large children or one adult and child. The downstairs bathroom is closely located to the bedroom, and washer/dryer closet. This quiet neighborhood has many full time residents, creating a nice environment for all to enjoy peacefully. Conveniently located ramp at the south end of the neighborhood across from Terra Miranda boat docks. Booking requires a minimum 2 night stay. Weekends are the first to book up but we will gladly negotiate booking longer term stays! Month to Month guests welcome!
