Our property is located right off of North Shore directly on the lake, with a drive into Bellingham only about 7-10 minutes. We are a quick 45 minute drive to the Canadian Border. Mt. Baker is about an hour drive away, excellent snowboarding & skiing during the winter and beautiful hiking in the summer! We have a two standup paddle boards, shed with life jackets & wetsuits, BBQ, picnic table, fire pit, outdoor chairs, there is also a boat ramp for small boats, all available for our guests! Feel free bring your fishing poles for great bass fishing right from the dock! Guests will be renting the main house. Access will only be granted to the reserved first and second floors of the house and driveway. There is a long-term tenant who lives above the garage and has her own access. She is there to answer questions and help manage our rental if needed.
