THE CLUB HOUSE is a charming 2-story home with 3 bedrooms, 1½ baths, and a large bright living room, right next to the private tennis court. At a very comfortable 1200 square feet, it easily sleeps up to 7 guests. The kitchen is stocked with essential tools and includes a washer and dryer. The master bedroom is on the first floor and has 1 queen bed, while up the stairs is a ½ bath, a bedroom with 1 full bed and a second bedroom with 3 twin beds.
The property is 1½ acres, with over 100 feet of lake frontage shared between our 2 cottages. Plenty of lawn for outdoor games. Little Glen Lake is very shallow near the shore and ideal for families with small children. We provide a dock and mooring buoy for your boat. Glen Arbor is just 3½ miles away, Empire 4½ miles. Weekly rentals are Sunday to Sunday. ask about long weekend rates for Spring and fall.
