Walking in, you are greeted with soaring ceilings, ample natural light, and an open living/dining area. Kitchen boasts quartz countertops, a large pantry, and all new appliances. Off the kitchen is the powder room, utility room with new washer/dryer, and ample storage space. Upstairs you will find two oversized master suites both with attached bathrooms and walk-in closets. The balcony offers great views. 2 car garage is accessed by private alley. The kitchen features a large pantry, quartz countertops, all new stainless-steel appliances, and a large island. Just off the kitchen is a half bath, storage closet, and utility room with new Speed Queen washer and dryer. The garage offers room for two vehicles, high ceilings, a propane grill, and leads out to the brick paved alley. Walking up the front entrance the smell of rosemary welcomes you into the foyer. Walk up to the second floor where there is the Master Bedroom with a king One Kings Lane bed, 65" Smart TV, Rove Concepts entertainment center, two beside tables in front of tall open windows with draped with Pottery Barn curtains. Attached to the Master Bedroom is the Master Bathroom with an oversized tub, stand-alone glass shower, double vanity sinks, and natural light. Oversized closet with shelving and ample space and storage is accessible through the bathroom. The 2nd Master Bedroom is known as the "Terrace Suite" featuring balcony access, Queen bed with oversized nightstands, bench, and 65" Sony TV. The Terrace Suite has private access to a Master Bathroom with double vanity sinks, separate bathtub/shower, and access to a large private closet. The balcony is comfortably furnished and overlooks the pool, artificially turfed community playground, and park. Sit in the loungers or swing and enjoy the many events Pointe-Marie offers.
