Our neighborhood is distinctly local and historic with blocks of interesting Creole architecture. Rich in cultural history, many New Orleans greats have called our neighborhood home: Jelly Roll Morton, Sidney Bechet, civil rights activists, Mardi Gras Indians, Brass Bands, and Second Line parade leaders. Our home is a short 5 minute stroll to the top of Frenchmen Street, and the French Quarter is also easily accessible.
Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by foot, bike, taxi, or Uber. For cycling enthusiasts, New Orleans is a very bikeable city, and there are several rental and tour companies in close proximity. The Quarter and the Marigny are both within walking distance, and other hotspots such as The Bywater neighborhood and Magazine Street are a short cab ride away.
