This home offers a private beach OR walk or drive to and park at all Barnstable beaches (sticker provided for free resident parking). This home features 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and additional enclosed outdoor shower, huge gourmet eat-in kitchen with granite counter tops, two sinks, family room, laundry room and large private back deck with grill. All furniture is new and in perfect condition. Master bedroom has a king size bed, private veranda overlooking back yard, full bath with jacuzzi tub, separate shower, granite countertops, and cathedral ceiling. BR 2 has queen size bed, and bedrooms 3 and 4 have two twin beds in each. A beautiful tiled and granite bathroom finishes the second floor. Linens provided (sheets and house towels). This home has central air conditioning, and is comfortable and immaculate.
To maintain the level of repair and cleanliness, we require weekly cleanings.
