Welcome to Pine Ridge. This newly constructed home is perfect for a couples' getaway or an intimate retreat with friends or family. Nestled away off a cul de sac in the Galena Territory, you will pull up the gravel driveway and notice an inviting covered front porch. Sit back in an adirondack chair and sip coffee or libations while enjoying the trees and sounds of nature.
Enter thru the front door and find an open floor plan, complete with an expansive kitchen island facing the cozy living area. This kitchen is designed to please, fully stocked with everything from cookware to a variety of stemware. Pull up a stool to share a quick bite or enjoy mealtime at the round dining table (seats 6).
Off the dining area, step outside to the covered deck and pass the time taking in the sounds of nature. Take a soak in our newly added hot tub and melt your worries away.
Return inside to snuggle up by the electric fireplace on the deep seated sectional and enjoy a good book or catch up on your favorite shows. The home is equipped with high speed fiber internet so that you can stream to your heart's content. Need some extra sleeping space? The living room sectional pulls out to Queen sized bed.
When it's time to turn in, choose from two uniquely designed bedrooms - each boasting (1) one King sized bed with ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms also come furnished with a streaming TV. These ensuite bathrooms leave nothing to be desired, featuring double sinks; Aveda bath products; fluffy bath robes; and double shower heads.
You will have access to the GTA Owners Club while staying with us. The indoor pool is open year-round and the outdoor pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day. The club is an exclusive amenity that can be used by only Galena Territory property owners and their guests. The Owners' Club includes an indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool w/slides, a kiddie pool, fitness room, game room, indoor/outdoor basketball courts, tennis courts, seasonal snack bar, free WiFi and outdoor playground. Don't forget to visit the new Stonedrift Spa, Lake Galena, The Shenandoah Riding Center and hiking trails throughout the 6,800-acre property or golf at one of several courses in the Galena Territory. Please remember usage of the amenities is NEVER guaranteed. We do not discount or refund due their closure.
When you book a home with us we will require 30% down, this is a payment not a deposit. The full balance is due 14 days prior to check in. If you cancel prior to the 14 days you will receive the first payment less a $35 cancellation fee. At the 14 day mark your stay will become non-refundable and dates cannot be adjusted. Your payments will automatically be processed to the card you place on file at the time of booking. Your rental agreement (sent after booking) will reflect the due dates and amounts.
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT COVID-19 REGULATIONS MAY IMPACT LOCAL BUSINESSES AND HOURS OF OPERATION. We do not have a death, illness or inclement Weather Cancellation Policy, we highly recommend travel insurance.
PLEASE NOTE: You will be required to sign an electronic rental agreement at the time of booking, we ask this be signed and filed within 48 hours of receiving to guarantee your reservation. You must be 25 or older at the time of booking and present during the entire stay.
Check in details are sent 3 days prior to your arrival to the email on file. This includes the home's address, the access code and other pertinent home/area information. Early check in is never guaranteed and cannot be considered until the night before or morning of your arrival. The check in details will cover this process.
