The space is a 3 bedroom, all king beds, 2 full bath - with no stone left unturned! Brand new Hot tub in the fully enclosed private patio out back. Feel free to cook with our propane grill and enjoy time together between all the exciting things Louisville has to offer! Every SINGLE thing is NEW! No issues - just an easy breezy trip to Bourbon city that you can have confidence in! Come enjoy this wonderfully historic neighborhood in Crescent Hill - it will NOT disappoint!

Summary: The location of this property was absolutely perfect—convenient and close to everything we wanted to explore, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. The interior was surprisingly underwhelming. There were no closets, mirrors, or even hangers, which made unpacking a hassle. One wine glass? Really? And for the price of the stay, it wouldn’t hurt to invest in a 15 pack of hangers—especially since there’s nowhere else to hang clothes. The towels were thin and scratchy, and there were none of the basic complimentary kitchen items you’d expect in a rental, which made the place feel more like a stripped-down motel than a welcoming home.As for the hot tub, we were excited to use it, but it was essentially unusable due to a constant swarm of flies in the backyard—definitely not the relaxing experience we had hoped for. Overall, the space lacked the thoughtful, comforting touches that make guests feel cared for. Disappointing, to say the least.
