This home is also just a few miles from additional beaches including Craigville Beach and Millway Beach, while the Cape Codder Water Park and the Cape Cod Country Club are also conveniently close by.
Outside, a private oasis is waiting to be enjoyed. Take a refreshing dip in the brand-new, in-ground pool (heated April-September), equipped with an automatic cover for your convenience. Relax in the 9-person hydrotherapy luxury hot tub (available all year round). The furnished patio and mahogany deck offer the perfect space to settle and enjoy the fresh air and sunshine. There's also a gas grill for at-home barbeques. Gathering around the firepit is the perfect way to enjoy s'mores and stories each night.
Step through the front double doors and find yourself inside a towering, two-story, sunlit great room. To one side, the gourmet kitchen beckons visiting chefs with its expansive island and wide array of high-end, Thermador appliances. Dine together at the enormous table fit for a banquet and then settle into the living area to warm up in the glow of the modern gas fireplace while you stream your favorite TV channels.
Just off the kitchen, you'll find a private home office with multiple desks and chairs for home schooling or remote work, while the quiet lounge area at the top of the stairs awaits those wishing to sneak away with a mug of hot tea and a good book. If you're craving a little friendly competition, head downstairs to the finished basement to meet up at the Ping-Pong table.
