The property backs up to a beautiful paved bike path where you can enjoy a 2 mile ride to Tahoe City or keep riding along the stunning Truckee River all the way to Squaw/Alpine. Just across the highway are world class Nordic skiing & mountain bike trails for year round recreation. Ready to enjoy the sun, sand, and amazing crystal clear water of Lake Tahoe? A 1/2 mile walk will take you to the north entrance of Skylandia Beach/Park! If you prefer to just relax, light a cozy fire and enjoy the beautiful views of trees and lake while you watch a movie or read a book!
