3 Bedroom Condo in Osage Beach
To summarize, this is one great condo. Just read my reviews. I have over 150 5-Star reviews from the two top vacation rental reservation sites.
Impeccably maintained, this 3 bedroom & 2 bath condo is centrally located in the city of Osage Beach and provides an unobstructed view of the lake about one mile from the Premium Outlet Mall.
Land’s End was built for enjoyment and offers three pools. One pool has beach style walk-in and waterfall, the second pool features a Lazy River, and the third pool is a Splash Pool for younger kids.
Lands' End Condominiums continually receives awards as one of the finest family-oriented condo complexes at the lake. Most of my clients are repeat families that keep coming back.
Recent upgrades to the condo include:
•New Carpet and new stainless-steel kitchen appliances
•Removal of the cheap fiberglass master shower enclosure as well as the fiberglass tub/shower combo and installed beautiful wall tile and heavy glass doors in both bathrooms. My bathrooms are beautiful, and the quality is rarely seen in a rental.
•Every bedroom has a smart TV and there is a new smart 55-inch TV in the family room.
•Leather sectional and coffee table in the family room
•3 burner Weber Genesis gas grill for deck
•Granite countertop in the kitchen
•Both a Mr Coffee and Keurig to start your day.
•Fully stocked kitchen with glassware, dishes, and small appliances
•Starter set of dishwashing and laundry pods, as well as K-Cups for that first morning.
•In addition, my cleaning crew cleans and sanitizes the condo prior to all arrivals.
The large master suite has a king bed, private bath with both a tiled shower and jetted tub, his and her sinks, walk-in closet, and a breathtaking view of the lake through a wall of lake facing glass.
The second bedroom has a queen bed with attached bath and the third bedroom is appointed with two twin beds. A roll-away bed is also available in the master closet if needed. All bedrooms have smart TVs and ceiling fans. Extra capacity washer and dryer are in the utility room.
The Great Room has an open flow that is both spacious and perfect for entertaining. For those cooler evenings, just turn on the gas fireplace.
The deck is the place to watch lake action as million-dollar boats cruise by during the day, evening and at night.
The dining table seats 6 and counter bar seats 4. In addition, a bar height rectangular table is on the deck with 8 chairs. Inside the deck closet you will find a regular height table and 4 chairs if your desire is to keep the kids more grounded.
The Outlet Mall is close enough to walk to, but I highly suggest driving for safety, and who wants to carry back all those packages you will collect shopping.
When renting our condo, you will have access to both the condo and all the amenities the condominium complex offers such as the 3 pools, Fitness Center, Club House, Basketball Court, Playground, and to all the boat docks if someone wants to fish, or just get a closer look at the boats.
Since the condo is centrally located in Osage Beach you will be very close to restaurants, shopping, golf (both putt-putt and nationally recognized championship courses), two water parks, go-carting, movie theaters, hiking trails, cave exploring, and of course lake activities.
Are you bringing a boat? If yes, I also rent a 12 x 36 ft slip very close to my condo. I can also provide information on the closest and best boat ramp as well as where to store your trailer. If you want to rent a boat, I can help you with marinas that rent boats and jet skis.
I will also provide information on restaurants we feel have both good food and a fun atmosphere both on land and on the water.
Looking to fish. All the docks at Lands' End are open to our guests. Just grab a pole, some bait or lures and walk out on any of the docks and chances are you will start your own fish story about the one you caught or the one that got away. I don't know of anyone that doesn't smile while fishing.
If the outdoors is your calling, there are several nearby state parks with great trails and activities. One of the most visited in the area is Ha Ha Tonka state park which many visitors consider a must do each trip to the lake.
There are also numerous caves that offer tours to those seeking an underground experience. Caves are so cool.
The lake area has so much to offer. The Lake of the Ozarks and surrounding area is clearly the top vacation destination in the Midwest. You will start creating family memories the minute you arrive.
The combination of the condo furnishings, upgrades, the unobstructed view off my deck which faces north (which means the sun will not bake you during the day if you want to sit on the deck), three pools and a club house with workout facilities, the central location that is approximately one mile from the outlet mall, all making this a very sought after place to stay with family and friends.
