There is garage parking with two assigned spaces close to the elevator. Building has an outside shower. Owner provides linens (if you wish to use them, but must be laundered and folded before check-out). Owner provides beach chairs and umbrellas. There are 3 flat screens TVs. Washer and dryer in unit. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room. Lovely 60 foot wrap around balcony. Excellent mid-town location 4 blocks from Rt. 90 bridge. Walking distance to fine restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Minimum age to rent: 25, sorry no Senior Week rentals permitted in this building.
