PLEASE NOTE: The home is situated on the 2nd tier up the hillside above another quite small home over looking the lake. It's 200 feet to the water down the easement. IT IS NOT PLACED DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE WATER.
This is an ideal vacation getaway destination on Beautiful Lake of the Ozarks. The master bedroom has a queen bed, the 2nd bedroom has a full size bed and the 3rd bedroom has a full size bed.. Catch the sunrise from the deck. View the lake from the living room and deck.
Only three blocks away there are camels and zebras on the hillside!! ( no kidding) and horseback riding all in walking distance!! See photos.

We are located on Highway O about 5 miles (7 minutes) from the town of Laurie. In town there's an Olympic sized heated community pool and a community park.
The home's location on the water is at the 2 Mile Marker of the Gravois Arm of Lake of the Ozarks which itself is located between the 6 & 7 Mile Marker of the main channel. You are just minutes away from restaurant and entertainment venues such as Coconuts and The Horny Toad by water!
Bring your Boat, Kayak, PWC, Wakeboard, Skis, Tubes, Life Jackets & Fishing Gear and lots of Sun Screen! Enjoy the swim and sun platform, plus a covered 12' X 24' guest boat slip with a 5500 lb lift.

Fisherman this is the spot! Deep water & crappie beds attract Crappie, Catfish & Bass for some of the lakes best fishing.
Launch is available at several public places in Sunrise Beach or the Gravois Arm.
Trailer CAN stay at rental home site parked out front.
Boat HOIST FEE on our dock is 100.00 4-7 days, 50.00 3 days or less.
Pets are welcome, a maximum of 3 at time. Subject to review. PET FEE is 50.00 per animal for first two animals, plus 35.00 for the third. (Housekeeping charges us a lot more for pet stays now).

Try one of the many restaurants in Laurie and near-by. Less than 5 minutes away, the newly remodeled Rocky Top Bar & Grill (popular with the locals) a few miles up on HWY O. There is also the 'Cannon Smoked' at Indian Rock Golf Course across from the West Lake Cinema.
Less than 8 minutes away, the town of Laurie also has JJ'S Copper Pot, Season's Cafe and Bakery, Chance R Bar and Grill and may other local favorites and the ole' favorite chains, Sonic, Pizza Hut and Subway.
If you want to go by water, up the Gravois Arm a few minutes, you can reach the very popular Coconuts Bar & Grill with a swim up bar at 7mm and Jolly Rogers at the 4 ¼ mm. Across the main channel you can reach Toads and Shady Gators.

Ha Ha Tonka State Park is a state park that is only 30 minutes away, located near Camdenton on the Niangua arm of the Lake of the Ozarks. The area has several caves, sinkholes, and bluffs overlooking the lake. The most notable feature of the park is the stone ruins of a mansion, called 'the castle', which burned down in 1942.
