This home is equipped with plenty of family-friendly entertainment and amenities to ensure your group can make the most of your stay. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, one with a queen bed and the other a twin bunk bed set up. Each of the 4 bedrooms is equipped with its own TV. Upstairs there is also two bedrooms with a queen bed and the other with twin bunk beds. Step outside to the expansive deck with a gas grill and outdoor dining set w/ an umbrella. Cozy up around the gas fire table with the patio conversation set in the sprawling backyard. A playground for the little ones makes this home perfect for a fun-filled getaway. This home is only a short drive to the beach and plenty of restaurants, as well as close proximity to Cedar Point. So make memories to last a lifetime at this idyllic home!

This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or `gathering` no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.
🤫 Please be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am.
🚭 If smoking of any kind takes place inside, please note there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning

🐾 A max of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125/stay. NO CATS ALLOWED. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee.
🚫 Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees.
