Swim platform measures 10x30. Plenty of room for relaxing on the swim platform. Large kitchen and dining room with access to the outdoor screened in 3 season room (built in gas grill). Kitchen is well equipped to serve up large family meals with double oven. Plenty of countertop space and cabinet space. Lower level of house has a large game room with pool table, arcade game, and card/game playing table. This room has fireplace and bar with barstool seating. Great gathering spot for evening fun. Room has patio doors out to large expansive deck with views of cove, private pool and main channel. Hot tub is located in covered porch to enjoy regardless of weather conditions.
