Our cottage in the woods features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a beautiful kitchen with quartz countertops and high end GE appliances, an informal dining area, charming living room with cathedral ceilings and most ceiling are covered in eastern Nebraska red cedar, it looks and smells amazing. The property has been updated and was once a barn. It is situated on a 90 acre farm and surrounded by 6 acres of trees. Two large patios where it is easy to entertain and converse. Blackstone flat iron grill. Walking paths. 1/2 mile to Lake Cunningham where you have an 18 hole disc course, kayaking, fishing, bird watching, bike paths and so much more.
