Beautiful large Pavillion separates the 2 homes with comfy patio seating for your entire group, Fire Pit, BBQ pit and light strands. Front Home: Beautifully decorated historic home with 3 queen bedrooms and 1 full bathroom with tub. Front covered porch provides seating to enjoy this magnificent area. Smart TVs in all bedrooms along with ceiling fans and USB Ports for charging. Living Room comes with 3 chairs, bench seating and a queen sofa bed. Also, has enough room for a provided queen air mattress should you need it. Fully stocked kitchen with all you will need to make a meal. Full dining room with seating for 6. Laundry room is located in the basement. All bedrooms and Bathroom are located upstairs. This is a historic home so please watch your head going up stairs and be careful walking up the winding stairs. Exit the back door to a large covered deck that provides seating for about 15 guests.
Back Home: The back home has a furnished patio with a tall bar seating area and an additional seating area on the patio. Home has a deck that wraps around the right side to the backyard area with grass and privacy. You will enter into the open living room with chairs and queen sofa bed, large smart TV and a dining or office area. Connects to the fully stocked kitchen with bar seating. There is also a backdoor accessed from the kitchen to the wrap around deck. Full bath with tub, laundry room and Master suite with a king bed set all on main level. Master suite also come with a mounted Smart TV, Large closet, ceiling fan, beautiful artwork and black out curtains. Upstairs is the 2nd bedroom that offers 2 additional queen bed sets, large walk in closet, long dresser, mounted Smart TV and enough room to add an additional queen air mattress we provide. The kids nook is our favorite. Enter through a small door opening that is decorated and comes with kids toys, books and a twin air mattress.
Pavillion: The Pavillion is what sets this property apart from any others. Enough seating for all of your guests that surrounds the propane fire pit. Sparking light strands above make this the perfect night gathering spot. BBQ pit also included.
2 blocks or about a 5 minute walk to the infamous Saint Charles Main Street. No need for a car. Walking distance to gas stations, coffee shops, a variety of restaurants and the best shopping around.
