There is a king bed in the primary bedroom with a walk-in closet, a queen bed in the second bedroom, 2 twins in the third bedroom, and a twin sofa sleeper in the living room. It includes a full kitchen, washer, dryer, large TV in living room, TV in each bedroom, dishwasher, WIFI throughout, and a screened in porch to unwind on and enjoy the gorgeous lake. This condo complex has a park-like setting with tennis, pickleball courts, BBQ pavilion, a playground, a seasonal lakefront pool and another seasonal pool adjacent to the clubhouse. A pavilion and picnic area are also available in the complex for guest use. Regatta Bay is conveniently located in the Four Seasons area on Horseshoe Bend Parkway and mile marker 12 by water. There is a 12' x 30' boat slip available for an additional fee. You can always book with confidence through Four Seasons Property Management, Lake of the Ozarks!

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property managers were excellent and responsive. While the property was very, very clean there were some pre-existing carpet stains in the living room that were unsightly.
