A pet friendly 4 bedroom / 3 bath waterfront home on Lake of the Ozarks (mm51). The home is on the 'calmer' end of the lake but also near several bar and grills to enjoy night life or a daytime stop on the water (Red Fox, Dicks, Moonies, and Rendezvous are a few). The home is equipped with full kitchen along with a washer and dryer. You can enjoy lake views from the house and decks or sitting on the dock! The location offers nice fishing opportunities from the dock or with your own boat you can hit your favorite fishing spots on the lake.
There is off road parking for up to 4 vehicles and blacktop to the home. on the dock, there is a 24' boat slip with lift is available for use (lift designed for Vhull boat v tri-toon/pontoon). A lily pad is available for use. A full-service marina is approximately .5 mi from the house (boat launch, fuel, other).
Fiber optic internet finally arrived in our area August 2022, so streaming your own home subscription services is now available. There are two large screen televisions with a basic cable selection and a large number of DVDs to choose from (or bring your own favorites)
